At Topologie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
